Return and Exchange Policy
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Please make sure all these criteria are met to be eligible for returns or exchange (both in-store and online).
- Purchase is made within 21 days
- Items are full-priced, non-sale items only.
- All items for online returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- All items must have original receipt.
- Items are returned in original packaging with all tags and liners attached.
- Items are not worn, altered, opened, or washed.
- For personal items (hosiery, underwear, adhesive products) purchased online, the original packaging must be unopened and intact.
- For personal items (hosiery, underwear, adhesive products) purchased in-store, they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
*Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable. Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Online returns & exchange
We hope you love your new purchase. If it's not what you're looking for, you have 21 days to exchange or return.
Exchange is only available in-store. All items for refund or exchange must meet the criteria under our Return & Exchange Policy.
If you wish to initiate a refund online, please follow these steps:
1. Create your return online through here
2. Check your inbox
Once the return is confirmed, you will receive an email stating your RMA# and return instructions.
3. Arrange your return delivery
Fill in your RMA# on the form enclosed with your order and mail the return items together to us.
For orders within Hong Kong, arrange a free pick-up via SF Express (hotline: +852 2730 0273) with the enclosed pre-paid Airwaybill.
For orders outside Hong Kong, please ship the parcel back to our boutique with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense.

4. Return approved
Once the return is approved, you will receive an email on the approved status and another email when the return/refund is completed.
Return or exchange in-store
If you have purchased your items in our boutique, return and exchanges are accpeted within 21 days of purchase with original receipt.
All items for refund or exchange must meet the criteria under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Sheer.
We will process your return within 3 business days and notify you of the refund amount. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties are non-refundable. Your refund cannot be credited to the original payment method at the boutique.
If it's a gift:
If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it, our standard return policy still applies. You can either initiate a return online or in-store.
