Shipping & Delivery


* Asia includes China, Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Taiwan, Macau, Cambodia, Brunei, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, India.

Orders will be processed in 2 business days.

Please ensure packages can be received by a person. Our carrier services cannot leave packages unattended. If there is no one to receive the package, it will be sent back to Sheer. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Online Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for returns, please follow these criteria:

  • Items are purchased less than 14 days ago
  • Have not been WORN, ALTERED, OPENED or WASHED
  • Remains in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
  • Must have original receipt
  • Underwear or items with underwear portion has been tried on over your own
  • Must not be a sale item
  • If it is a personal product, hosiery, or adhesive product, the original packaging must be unopened and intact.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please fill out the Online Return Form enclosed in the box with your order. Items without an Online Return Form will not be accepted. Once your items have been received and approved, we will refund you the purchase amount.

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling charges on your original order are not refundable
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging
  • Upon receipt of your return, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a notification email once your return is processed.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your bank account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Return or Exchange In-Store

You may visit our boutique to make an exchange. Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Sheer. 

You may visit our boutique to drop off your return items. We will process your return within 3 business days and notify you of the refund amount. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties are non-refundable. Your refund cannot be credited to the original payment method at the boutique.

Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 


Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it, our standard return policy still applies. Returns will be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift or we will refund the amount to the original purchaser.

All gifts should include a gift receipt and gifts purchased online should include our Online Return Form. When we receive it back from you we will process the credit for you and email you with instructions regarding how to redeem the credit online or in-store.


Import Duties

Import duties tax is not included in shipping charges. Import duties or customs tax is based on your local country’s importation regulations. Sheer is not responsible for import duties or customs tax on international shipments. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 


In-store Returns & Exchanges

If you have purchased your items in one of our boutiques, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. Returns or refunds are not accepted. Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Sheer. 

For exchange, items must be in original state and cannot be opened, worn, washed or altered. All tags and protective linings must be intact. Underwear or items with underwear parts, hosiery, liquids or adhesive products cannot returned or exchanged.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
