Placing an Order

After you place an order with us successfully, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at customercare@sheer.com.hkand we can double check your order for you!

If you would like any changes made to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@sheer.com.hk by replying to your Order Confirmation Email. Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made unfortunately.

Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. We will contact you if there are any delays!
